Hello, I'm Vanessa the host of Women In Confidence. Welcome and thanks for listening. I designed this podcast to appeal to working women who want to understand what confidence is, what you can do to build (or rebuild) your confidence and then maintain it. I interview amazing women who have genuine stories to tell about their journey through life and how they manage the ups and downs of life.

This week it is just me - talking about the 2 supplements that I take to boost my confidence, my energy and to lift my mood. These 2 supplements are Ashwagandha and Rhodiola. They are both adaptogenic which means they contain active ingredients from certain plants and mushrooms that may impact how your body deals with stress, anxiety and fatigue. Over the last couple of years I have been feeling really tired and stressed and never feeling normal. Since I have started taking these two products, I can honestly say my moods and energy levels are more consistent. This means I can be much more relaxed about how I show up and how I perform - which gives me confidence in my abilities.

For more information on Ashwagandha and Rhodiola - my recommendation is the internet - good old Google but also speak to a naturopath who will be well educated in both these two supplements.
