Grace Zielinski is on a mission to rebrand menopause.

An award-winning IT Executive, she is the Founder of ‘Menopause with Grace’ an online site and community designed to empower women to take an active role in their mid-life hormonal change.

At 45, Grace had a challenging and rewarding career as a corporate high-achiever. Not to mention family life, with kids aged five and seven, keeping her busy.

But something wasn’t quite right.

Grace had lost her confidence at work. She felt indecisive, overwhelmed and tired.

When she decided to take an unplanned career break, she still didn’t know she was experiencing menopause. She just knew she couldn’t work through her symptoms anymore.

Grace is sharing her story to take the stigma out of menopause and give women a voice to reclaim their time for renewal.
