Welcome back to Emily Ridout... I am so excited by this episode for many many reasons. The number one reason is that Emily is the best - an absolute superstar of the astrology world (and I am not talking tabloid horoscopes here). She is the real deal when it comes to talking about the impact that the sun, moon, stars etc have on us on a deep level. Secondly she is so knowledgable about so much and I learn something every time I either speak to Emily or watch her incredible Instagram feeds. I can guarantee that you will learn lots of things from just listening to this episode. Thirdly, Emily is the first guest that I have had back on to be interviewed again. I love trying new things with Women In Confidence and when Emily contacted me to ask if we could record an episode again I jumped in with both feet.
